These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CardVault Pro (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
CardVault Pro is a portfolio tracking and market intelligence tool for trading card collectors. It lets you catalogue your collection, view estimated market valuations derived from third-party sales data, use AI-powered grading and analysis tools, set price alerts, and (on paid plans) access additional premium features.
You must sign in using a supported authentication method to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
CardVault Pro offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers with additional features. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected) via Stripe.
CardVault Pro's AI grading estimates, valuations, buy/sell signals, and other analytical outputs are generated from third-party sales data and automated models. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or grading advice. Estimated grades are not a substitute for a professional grading company's official assessment. Actual market values, sale prices, and grading outcomes may differ from any estimate provided in the App. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information in the App.
You retain ownership of the content you upload (card photos, notes, collection data). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as necessary to operate the App and provide its features (including AI analysis). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit, and for the accuracy of the information you enter.
Where you choose to use community features (showcases, forums, trades, public shares), any content you post may be visible to other users. Be respectful, do not post unlawful, infringing, or misleading content, and do not use these features to harass other users. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Account Settings within the App. Deleting your account will permanently remove your collection data and personal information from our active systems, as described in our Privacy Policy. Any active paid subscription should be cancelled separately via the billing portal prior to deletion to avoid further charges.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that valuations, grading estimates, or market data will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardVault Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or collection value, arising from your use of the App or reliance on any information it provides.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, via in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
