CardVault Pro ("CardVault Pro", "we", "us", or "our") provides a portfolio and market intelligence platform for trading card collectors. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using CardVault Pro, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
When you sign in, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider (including Sign in with Apple, where your email may be a private relay address). We do not receive or store your password.
Information you enter about your cards — player/character name, set, year, grading details, purchase price, notes, and photos you upload of your cards.
Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number — Stripe handles all payment data under its own privacy policy and PCI-compliant infrastructure.
We collect basic analytics about how you use the app (e.g. features used, pages visited) to help us improve the product. We do not sell this data.
CardVault Pro includes AI-powered tools (card grading estimation, label scanning, market intelligence, and portfolio analysis). To provide these features, card photos and card details you submit may be sent to our AI processing providers solely to generate the requested analysis (e.g. an estimated grade or market summary). This data is used only to generate your results and is not used to train third-party AI models on our behalf beyond standard provider processing.
To power valuations, CardVault Pro retrieves publicly available sold-listing data from third-party marketplaces (such as eBay) matching the cards in your collection. This market data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app (Profile → Account Settings). When you delete your account, your portfolio, uploaded images, and personal information are permanently removed from our active systems, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights directly in the app, or by contacting us (see Section 10).
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
CardVault Pro is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
